What an absolutely brilliant wedding this was at Rivervale Barn in Hampshire. And my second trip there within a week!
Tara found me through a recommendation from a mutual friend (Rachel) who has seen me in action and did some Nordic skiing photos with. And after this wedding hopefully she will be on commission :)
I met up with Tara and Charlene whilst getting ready at Riverval Barn but in different rooms, it was great to see the contrast and the dynamics of the different families and Bridesmaids. On arrival, one room were sat around in their gowns, chilling and drinking Prosecco and in the other, one was dressed ready and waiting!
There was lots of laugher and some happy tears before the ceremony and then on the ceremony it was just lovely, Tara and her Dad stood at the front, slightly nervous and when Charlene entered the room both of them were quite emotional!
The ceremony flew by and it was straight into canapés and some group photos, during the meal we had a bit of a table competition with the best picture of their table name, points went for artistic and creativity and the winner was the Hangover (Soldiers are just so much fun) and a few extra dents in the car roof!!!! A big shout also goes to the other tables and Bridesmaids coming a close second!
Then it was straight into the evening and dancing, the timings on the day didn’t slip (Quite unusual) but as this was a military wedding I wouldn’t expect any delays!
Tara and Charlene, you are beautiful humans, your family and friends were so much fun and definitely a wedding to remember (For all the right reasons!!). The photos below are just a snap shot of the day so please enjoy.
Hopefully I will see you both at another wedding soon (Rachel hurry up!!!)
