Ashley Wood Farm weddings with Grace and Rhys
Its been a couple of years since I have been back to Ashley Wood Farm for a super Wiltshire Wedding. With the typical British Summer doing what it does best (Surprises us!) This Aug wedding at Ashley Wood Farm had lots of weather surprises! During the ceremony it rained 3 times and in-between each downpour the sun came out so hot it was boiling, and then it was umbrellas up for a bit more rain, but we were all so glad Rhys made the call to have the ceremony outside as it made it all that more memorable.
For the rest of the day the rain continued to make an appearance with people running for cover or some dancing in the rain and then the sun was back out again to continue the heat, it was slightly tricky for the group shots in finding the breaks in the rain and away from the evil sun. But Grace and Rhys were so chilled the entire day even when it came to rounding everyone up for the groups.
The rest of the day just zoomed by with some very emotional and funny speeches, excellent food and then time for dancing. Wedding days really do disappear very quickly as so much happens during the day and it’s quite full on for the couple so always nice to have an escape in the evening for Grace and Rhys just to find 15 mins of chill time and have some great low light photos.
