Wiltshire Wedding photography with Emma and Jason

The Manor farm, Alderton, Wiltshire was the setting of this beautiful Wiltshire countryside wedding. And what a fantastic day this was and so many people in gorgeous surroundings to take photographs of...

So starting with with bridal prep (I love seeing how the family prepares for the day, and no nerves at all!!), i quickly got to grips with the layout of Manor Farm and  there was just so much that i wanted to record... Emma was having the final touches done to make up and hair, with the rest of the family being nice and busy. We even had one of the boys playing bounce in between the beds (Not sure if should have been doing it, but made a great shot).

What i loved about Emma and Jason's wedding was not only them (They are just amazing and so chilled out) but the locations of the church and venue. It was literally 200 meters to the church from Manor Farm (So no wasting precious time in long journeys) and of course the weather was just amazing (Not brilliant for me as the sun is evil) But for everyone else it was simply gorgeous....

The church was beautiful and how those ushers managed to squeeze so many people into the church will remain a mystery!!! After a lovely service, Emma and Jason left the church whilst everyone made their way to line the route back to the farm and prepared themselves for the confetti throwing. Jason must have been very hydrated as he had to remove some of the extra water he was carrying, fortunately i also managed to capture that part of the day too (from behind obviously!!!)...

Walking down the confetti line was just great although with Emma and Jason in full flow with lots of smiles, not as easy for me as i have to walk backwards with my eye in the viewfinder and keep on taking photographs, but we managed it all well...I am getting quite partial to confetti lines now as they show all of the guests also enjoying themselves..

Everyone made it back to the large lawn at the farm and had lots of canapes and alcoholic refreshments, which was certainly needed in the heat of the day. I love this time as i can capture so many little moments that no one else can see...So group shots then took place and then in for the wedding breakfast....A succulent joint of beef was delivered to each table with a nominated carver given an apron and hat....The speeches were really well delivered with some very poignant and emotional moments, so all delivered from the heart..Jason was very brave with 2 best men but again these were delivered in a good double act performance.

After the meal came some more chilling out and then the dancing!!! A fantastic live band got everyone up out of their seats and i don't think the dance floor actually remained empty during the whole night (I knew this was going to be a damned good party!!!!) We then snuck off to capture the setting sun for 15 mins of bridal shoot, again, Emma and Jason did not disappoint and it was just so easy to take beautiful photographs of them both...

I would like to thank Emma and Jason for being just amazing and also all of their family and friends who made everything so easy for me...I hope you enjoy the photographs below which show a snap shot of the day. I think the final delivered USB had over 900 fully edited and hi resolution images for them to choose from.
