Big wedding group shots in difficult light with the Elinchrom Quadra

For those of you that know me and follow my work, then you will know i love to use flash for the group shots, it just adds that little pop back into the image and where possible i will always find shade so i can control the light. My light of choice the absolutely amazing Elinchrom Quadra light kit and usually shot with just one head. I have been using the Quadra kit for around 4 years now and it just suits my needs completely. Especially for those bride and groom low light images that i just love!!!

St Francis Church, Salisbury and Winterslow wedding photography with Capri-Ann and Ben

What a fantastic day this was!!! I love family orientated, fun and relaxed weddings, and this was definitely one of those super weddings.

I started with a little bit of bridal prep at Wyndham park lodge, but didn't get much there there was a slight delay with the girls getting back from their make session in Salisbury. There was also a bit of careful vehicle manoeuvring with Capri-Anns car...But all went well there..

Hannah and Mark in Seagry Wiltshire

The lovely wedding of Hannah and Mark took place in Seagry, Wiltshire and what a gorgeous day it was!!!! This was my first full 2016 that actually had the sun out..All day!!!!! For some that might sound just brilliant, but for photographers, it does cause a few issues...The deep shadows caused by the harsh sun normally means i am chasing the shade and looking for the best light. But shade can't be found all the time, but it certainly didn't detract from a beautiful day.
